Join our forward-thinking team as a DevOps CloudOps Engineer at the intersection of cloud computing, HPC and AI! Be at the forefront of our technological transformation, where you’ll play a pivotal role in designing, implementing, and maintaining our cutting-edge cloud and HPC infrastructure to support advanced AI and machine learning workloads for our customers.

As a key member of our team, you’ll drive automation, optimize customer cloud and HPC environments, and create robust backend applications that seamlessly integrate with our customer infrastructure. Your expertise will be crucial in accelerating delivery processes, enhancing security posture, and ensuring the highest quality standards throughout our projects. You’ll work on exciting challenges, from scaling AI model training on distributed systems to optimizing data pipelines for machine learning workflows.

In this role, you’ll collaborate closely with HPC engineers, data scientists, and other DevOps engineers to build and maintain the infrastructure that powers innovative AI solutions. Your work will directly impact our ability to leverage cloud resources efficiently for compute-intensive tasks, ensuring AI and HPC workloads run smoothly and securely in a scalable environment.

Main Responsibilities

  • Analyze IT infrastructure needs and recommend suitable cloud solutions
  • Deploy and configure secure, scalable cloud environments
  • Automate deployment, management, and monitoring processes
  • Manage performance, security, and compliance of cloud systems
  • Implement monitoring and threat detection solutions
  • Develop and maintain backend applications (e.g. REST APIs) optimized for cloud infrastructure
  • Minimize manual interventions to accelerate delivery processes
  • Implement full automation for application deployment to production

Skills and Experience

Essential Skills:

  • High degree (Master or PhD level) in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
  • Minimum of 3 years of year experience in DevOps or CloudOps roles
  • Proficiency in one cloud platform (preferably AWS)
  • Strong knowledge of containerization and orchestration (Docker, Kubernetes)
  • Experience with Infrastructure as Code
  • Expertise in CI/CD tools and practices (GitHub Actions, Jenkins)
  • Proficiency in scripting languages (Python, Bash)
  • Solid understanding of Linux systems and networking concepts
  • Experience with configuration management tools (Ansible, Puppet)
  • Knowledge of backend development and RESTful APIs (FastAPI)

Preferential requirements:

  • Experience with multi-cloud environments
  • Familiarity with serverless architectures
  • Knowledge of cybersecurity best practices and tools
  • Experience with monitoring and logging solutions
  • Understanding of compliance and regulatory requirements in cloud environments

Language skills:

  • Fluency in French and English for effective communication
